I'm ready to drain my recommended tranny service and was advised to use Mobil 3309ATF oil. When I went to a local Kragen auto parts, the person tried to sell me the Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF instead, and said that its the same thing, and shows in their system to work for my car..('01 V70 Turbo Wagon..)
What should I get and where do I find a local store that has it in stock..?
How many quarts should I get to flush my car few times...?
thanks and Merry X-Mas...!
what should I use? Mobil 3309 ATF vs. Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF
First, I suggest you use the Search function to see what others have said about whether Mobil 1 Synthetic Multi-Vehicle ATF is comparable to JWS 3309 . My experience is that it is not. As for the rest:

Sometime early this year, Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF was reformulated to meet the JWS3309 spec. It says it on the bottles. So you should be fine!
Haven't heard of anyone having trouble with it.
