No squeals thus far. I did gob plenty of silicone based brake grease on the pad backing plates, slider pins and caliper brackets where the pad "ears" rest.

At the beginning there was some grinding feel in the brake pedal with medium braking pressure that went away after about 3 days. My 2 cents on that is it was probably the new pads bedding in and "surfacing" the drilled/slotted rotor. :)

it also helps to paint the rotor hats in the future with some VHT spray, it helps prevent rust buildup and makes them easier to remove the next time you install.

This is a good tip for most aftermarket replacement rotors.

The rotors I got have zinc coating on them so that should keep the rusting to a minimal, I did however put copper grease on the back side of the rotor hats where it meets the hub to prevent any chance of it getting stuck.

I've been searching, and found very little about these rotors on our Volvo application. How did they work out for you? Would you buy them again?

I bit the bullet and ordered from Amazon yesterday, the per-pair pricing was compelling. I'm assuming the quality is good enough. I'm going to use them on my '97 855-T5 (front and rear) with PBR Deluxe pads. Replacing lines (braided), slider pins and boots, rear shims and clips, fluid.
