My 1994 volvo 850 Turbo will not start. The headlights turn on, the horn works, the radio works, the interior light come on and the start cranks but it doesn't turnover....Please advise...Thanks in advance!
Also, I tried to jump my car but that did not work either....

My guess is a bad PNP switch, particularly if it has been cold weather in your area. Try running the shifter from park to low a couple of dozen times and try it again. If that doesn't work try starting the car in neutral rather than park.
