XC70 2004 RATTLING AT IDLE

Just bought my (5th) used Volvo yesterday.

It's very smooth and feels great while in gear.
However, at idle there's a distinctive rattle.

On my S60, it rattled in 3rd gear. Turns out there was air in the fuel tank.

I have an extended warranty, but the dealership are "we tested it in diagnostics!" kind of technicians and not intuitive at all.

No one answered as of yet, but I'm writing to state that, embarrassingly, it was more a cold start/turbo issue (the dealership also switched out the top engine mount to a newer, post-2007 model that is more stable.)

Hello, That cured it? GREAT Did you notice if there's anything different about the new mount? Also: How did air cause a rattle in the gas tank of your S60? Kira
