Radio Just died??

Post by stephdetroit »

Hi there... Was listening to my radio yesterday. Turned it off while I was driving. This morning, tried to turn it back on...nothing! Is it dead? :? Tried to locate fuse inside cabin but it looked OK. Any known issues?

Thanks in advance,
Stephan

Hi I had the same problem, 2004 XC90. Only it comes back then dies again. The fuse is good. There seems to be no reason as it is sporadic. Maybe it is gremlins...

I have the same model as you both. My radio went out a year ago, I call the dealer and had it checked out only to find out that they had to replace the radio Complelely. I've never had any problem before. The dealer had to order an new radio which they kept the car for two days. It turn out to be a software problem, not a fuse. Everything in this car is computerized.
