I have been calling the local junkyards and none around me want to sell the cam sensor. Argh. I guess i'll keep looking. I tried testing the cam sensor and got 0 ohms (i know its supposed to be hertz) but I am thinking 0 is 0?

Ah HA! That's your problem then!

Read this:
http://www.volvoclub.org.uk/tech/servic ... esting.pdf

Which basically says: "The resistance on both the camshaft and RPM sensors should be between 200-400 ohms"
