1997 V70 AWD coolant leak...

Hi!
I bought a few weeks ago a V70 AWD with some headgasket issue (a minor leak). Before I bought it, previous owner drained the coolant. And as I wanted to drive the car to my trusted volvo mechanic, I wanted to top up the cooling system, just for the few ks. But I directly noticed everything was going down on the pavement. I located the leak at the turbocharger, but as I couldn't see exactly where it came from (and with the tought, the previous owner left some water without antifreeze in the turbo, and with the severe frost we had in Belgium, there might be a crack in it!), I started to work to get the turbocharger out. As I got the upper coolant pipe off, I saw this (see pictures). When I tried pouring off water where the coolant pipe fits in, the water came out from the hole just below...Isn't that hole supposed to be closed by a plug or? As I don't have a possibility to check on another turbo, and couldn't find any infos on vadis I want your opinion...Should be a plug in there? what size then? I don't want to take the turbocharger out if I can fix it this way...

Do you have the coolant and oil lines and they were leaking?

Or were they missing?

Sorry - I haven't had my coffee yet and see that you have VADIS and the upper coolant line.
It looks like you are missing one of the lines (coolant return line)

These are the parts diagrams with attachments for the turbo. I see 4 connections to the turbo.

Do you have more than those 4 connections or can you see which part is missing? The diagram looks slightly diffferent than your photos

I took them off myself...
I don't see the coolant hoses going to the turbo on your diagramms...
But on the turbo it seems all right and like the diagramms related to the cooling system for turbo engines. But I can't find any info about, I think, the missing plug...I can't find anything else missing either that should fit there in case.
If the return line is the one screwed at the back of the turbo, the one we can see on the first picture, I've it... (like I understand when I look at vadis) I don't know where I'm misisng something...except maybe this plug

I saw a picture on ebay from a turbo for sale, it had three plastic plugs (oil+2xcoolant?), and it seemed like a metal plug where the leak is coming from...but its not very clear...

I've all the lines... And can't see anything about a 5th hole...strange!

So that you locate correctly where the water is coming out:
Thats under the hole where the hollow screw number 7 fits in...There, it seems thats there's another..hole. I'll get a small mirror to see how the hole look like (thread)...
