Just for clarity - your tubo has 4 holes or 5 holes for oil and coolant?

This is exactly how my turbo looks like, and thats where the water is coming from...On the 2 others pictures, it doesn't look like the turbocharger fitted on my car.

I marked on the following diagram where this supposed freeze plug hole is related to the coolant system.

Any idea about closing that hole? Is there a thread in it? From what I could see and feel I think yes, but what kind of thread is that?

Take a picture of the thread.
Either way pull the turbo and take it to a machine shop. They will plug it or put in a new freeze plug.

Here is another picture of the turbo but this one is set up for a Volvo

Can't take a picture, its impossible to get there with the turbo still mounted.
The picture is good, its just a mirror view.
The thread seems to be the same size as the hollow screw for the coolant. I'll try to get a plug with the same size/thread and see how it works...
Maybe I'll just put it on a trailer and drive it to my mechanic.

Just noticed I put the wrong picture in my last post...Here's the good one, and arrowed is where the water is coming from...

It's ok that they look different as the turbo has been used on many many cars. The center section is the same but the wheels and housings differ.

On sealing the thread just pull the turbo and take it to a local machine shop.

Or to your mechanic

I blew up your original picture and can see either a machined lip or the freeze plug is still in there and has just broken. try a mirror and let us know. I'm curious now
