cabin air cleaner

Im confounded. I have a '99 V70 XC AWD. I want to replace the cabin air cleaner but can't find the access panel and the owner's manual says nothing about it, except to replace it. Any help? thanks

Open the hood and with a torx wrench remove the bolts on the cowl (by the wipers) only on the passenger side. lift the panel and the filter should be there. or if not one can be added.
