A few pieces of advice that might help you out:
Get a Nissens radiator, they are a little more but they are great.
Remove the turbo hose to save yourself some trouble removing the fan shroud.
On the new radiator, before you install it, tighten the plugs for the oil cooler lines.
Save all the clips and mounts connected to the old radiator and use them on the new one.
Use a couple wrap ties or bungee cords to secure the AC condenser so it doesn't fall out when removing the radiator.
The radiator and intercooler come out together. Remove the intercooler from old and attach to new (don't forget those clips!)
Unlike most cars, v70 radiators drop out of the bottom of the car so a lift will be a great help.
