99 glt vaccum leak?

hello all, I own a 99 v70 glt with 125,000 miles. while idling, the rpms vary from about 900 for 1 second, then down to about 750 for a half second, then back up to 900 and the pattern continues. could this be a vaccum leak? does anyone have a vaccum diagram?

You should have a diagram, which is normally attached to the hood(bonnet) near the inside right hinge, you may have to lift the corner of the hood liner.

If the heater is on defrost, then the A/c kicks in, that may be a reason also. Any CEL ?

no check engine light, but the cruise control is also not working. maybe the two problems are related?
