2000 V70 surging when blower turned on
I just switched out a 2000 V70 motor...it runs fine but when I turn on the blower it surges all the time...even when driving. I first thought "blower" but theres no noise. Its as though the system is overloaded. Any suggestions?

Sorry the motor of the car surges when the blower fan motor runs. It's so bad I have to really mash the break at stops and when I'm driving you really feel it. I am not running the blower fan until I can figure it out and this is very unhandy this time of year

Uhhhhhhh...
Do your dash/headlights pulse with the car running? The only thing that I can think of tying the two together would be a bad voltage regulator on the alternator.
