xc90 speaker grill removal

Is there a procedure for removing (and replacing) the door speaker grills in the XC90, I have 2 with dents and one with a spilled drink that I would like to get off to clean/repair. I started to pry off the front pass one but realized there was more too it than popping it in and out. Anyone done this before? Are they removable without taking the whole panel off?

I have not done that, but I have heard that it is necessary to take off the interior door skin and that the grille is glued in place. I hope that is not true because I was thinking about installing some good aftermarket speakers - and the grill on the drive side door has a small dent in it too from hitting it with my shoe getting out of the car. I bet it's a common problem. Mine is small enough to not notice though.

I wanted to just replace my grill due to denting as well, but in Vadis it looks like you have to replace the whole door panel. I couldn't find a part number/diagram anywhere for just the grill.
