s60 passenger door/window fault/mirror fault
s60 passenger door/window fault/mirror fault
At present the passenger door ,passenger door mirror and passenger door lock does not work.I am thinking that maybe either the unit for operating the electric window on passenger door may be faulty or is their a common power supply operating the above electric window ,electric mirror and door lock that may be interupted somewhere,I would be grateful for some ideas on this one ,thanks
Does it work from the drivers master switch?
Did you check fuses?
Did you remove door panel and inspect plugs?
You might check the wires that go from car to door (by hinge) to see if broken.
Need more information.

thanks for your reply coustyj, window or mirror or door lock does not work from drivers door switches, plugs at main drivers door switches are fine,i will check the fuses but this was a problem that was coming and going for a few months and now has totally failed
coming and going sounds like a short that finally had it. Check wires in door hinged side inside the plastic protector. All the other windows work? If so it could be the switch itself.
