Hi,
I have a 98' S80 T6 SE..geartronic with only 57k miles
Recent work are full transmission over-hall (selector switch), wheel bearings, bushes replaced, and currently having both front CV joints replaced.
Black finish with suede/leather trim.
Summer 2010 jobs, lowered, brace fitted, full remap, power exhaust, k&n air filter, full ipod conversion. Whilst the ipod gets its installation i am going to try and source a set of Bose speakers and amp and retro fit.
Current car nickname...'BB' aka Black Bess!

Great site! I love it and would like to suggest a possible improvement.

There are many great tutorials on this site, many useful tips are interspersed in various threads.
In many cases individuals create similar tutorials to demonstrate doing something slightly
different. In other cases the person that wrote the tutorial is long gone and not maintaining
the document any more so a new person writes a new tutorial.

wiki software (or some variation) would allow several users to work on and enhance a single
tutorial on a topic. Several individuals might maintain a document and incorporate user feedback
from the forums.

Just a thought. I'm thinking about how to document what I do when I follow a tutorial with the
idea of making the original better. This site tends to include more pictures with tutorials than
I find in the Hayes manual.

So maybe there is a tutorial on PCV replacement. Someone does it and finds the tutorial forgot
to mention something. With the ability to edit the tutorials they would continue to evolve and get
better instead of ending up with three or four tutorials.

When I read a thread I ofter tell myself that this bit should be added to the original tutorial.

I've read three tutorials on changing the 850 timing belt. Each one has a few unique tips. It would
be cool to create a unified master timing belt tutorial. Hopefully in time for me to replace mine.

Just a thought.

I am glad I stumbled upon this great forum!

I am a new Volvo owner, just recently purchased a 1997 Volvo T5 wagon and am really excited. I think I got a great deal on it and am really excited to learn more about these awesome cars.
