Training

Naturally, he's gone through the rigorous 14-week MVS Moderator training program.

Background

Phil operates 4000hp trains for a living :o. He was a mechanic for over 20yrs before working at the railroad, and he's been at the RxR for about 12 yrs. He got his first Volvo back in 2006, and "thanks to MVS I was able to learn ALOT and save alot of money and probably keep from getting divorced LOL." [Phil, I've heard praise, but never that MVS has saved a marriage :-D]

"After my first 850 Turbo I was hooked and been messing with em ever since."

MVS Moderators

Like all moderators here, Phil does it for the love of helping people and the satisfaction of helping owners to get their cars to run well. MVS moderators are unpaid, so if you have a minute, please thank a mod.

Welcome, Phil.

In an earlier life I worked for British Rail and was unofficially taught to drive, what were then, the new diesel locos. I rode the footplates of many steam locos but never tried driving them.
