02 xc70 fuel door will not open

how can I open the fule door on my 02 xc70?
the dash button works no longer.
is there a manual method?

Hello, How many miles are on this car? There's a pull handle (plastic tag on wire rope) to be found behind a panel at the right rear (passenger's side) of the cargo bay. Fuse? Electrical connection? Kira

looked at all the fuse blocks. can't figure out what circuit to look at.
no lable for fuel door for any fuse.
85,000 miles
it looks like I need to pull off the whole wheel well cove. is that correct?
