Airbag help!

I'm considering buy a 1993 Volvo 850, but the one that i'm looking at has one flaw: Airbags (driver and passenger) have deployed. The car seems structurally and mechanically fine. I've looked on EBay, and found Airbags from 95 models. I wonder if the 95 airbag models will fit the 93 850 that i'm looking at.

In some states deployed airbags may prohibit you from getting the car through inspections or insurance will not cover the vehicle.

Here in California, thats not a problem. If was, the seller would have to classify the vehicle title as a Salavge title. So does the 95 airbags fit the 93?
