Hi, i wonder if anyone can help me.
ive got a 1994 volvo 480 turbo and i want to complete turn off the day time running lights.
Ive already taken the relay out so the front ones dont work but i dont want any to work, e.g. the front, side and back ones.
is it possible to stop them completely working but then still work when i turn the lights on

On the 440 if you want to switch off the day running lights completely, i.e. side, rear and dim-dip lights remove the light switch and pull the yellow cable with the spade connector on it out of the centre connection.
I would think it is the same on the 480.

thanks for the response, i did a search and found this out about the 440 and thought id have a look, there isnt a yellow cable on it. I know there is 5 spade connections on it, but none are yellow
