where is my fuel filter 98v70 awd

where is my fuel filter 98v70 awd

I can't find the fuel filter on my 98 v70 awd,I have looked under the car near the rear passenger door, somebody tell me where it is? do you have to remove a lot plastic to see it? thanks for any help!
