2001 s40- sway bar bushing replacement- is this easy

I need to replace the sway rod bushing on the left side.

Is this something that can be done at home? should the right side also be replaced?

If it's the front one have someone do it. Pain in the butt. Have to drop the sub-frame. Replace both sides at once.
