Long crank time after car sits

Could this non-return valve or a one way valve be applicable to an 03 S60 cuz am having same long cranking times b4 car would start

I have searched several schematics and parts lists and can't find a non-return valve on the S60.

My S40 had a mysterious crank issue that happened very intermittently and after a few headaches it was narrowed down to a control unit that controls fuel system, or parts of it, that was mounted out of car beneath pass rear seat. Mounting it inside cured problem instantly...
It was easily checked within 5 minutes at a good Volvo shop, maybe run it by one Igel?
