camshaft timing marks

i have a good one

how do you find the timing marks on the camshafts, found the tdc mark on the crankshaft but have a hard time finding the ones on the camshafts

any ideas ?

Mine looked like this:

The little slots that line up with the V notches.

mine are rusted a bit guess ill have to bring a magnyfing glass..

my marks were exactly like yours , i had about two teeth off on the exhaust cam, i realigned and it makes a world of a difference engine is much more responsive , i took a lot of light and a very good mag glass !!
