Mu 2008 S40 2.4 came with the factory Michelins, 205 50 17.
They are OK, but make some noise.
I will soon ned tires, and would like to go with Brigestone AS960 Pole Position, I had these on a CTS and they were the best overall tire I had.
Problem, they are available in 215-50 17.
Has anyone had experience with going up one sizes like this?
400" additional overall diameter.

Do you think the additional .400" diameter[215 vs 205] will clear OK?
Also they would be .400" wider.
