radio code 603

Hi, we need to retrieve the radio code. ive heard something aboiut rectifiers, but the radio is full of tiny tubes on printplates.
Does anyone knwo how/where to do this??

Finding the code by counting the rectifiers can work but it is much easier to ask your friendly Volvo dealer for the code. He can find this from the Vehicle Identification Number or the serial number of the radio. It is a free service.

Hi, over here in the netherlands, dealers think VERY differently about this..

In the UK the dealers tend to obey the rules laid down by Volvo. If your dealer insists that you pay for this tell him you are going to contact Volvo as this is a worldwide free service.
