waste gate actuator diaphram base settings

Hi all,
I've searched this site for data but have not found what I need for setting up my waste gate actuator dump valve on my 2000 V70XC AWD B5244T engine with 142,000 miles on it. I've found listings for pressures for most engines, but they do not include specs for the B5244T engine model that I have. Could someone please tell me what the stock PSI or kPa is for the B5244T? I've been tracking down intake pressure leaks and thought while the heat shield was off, that I should take care of this test as well...

In searching for problems and solutions, I put a tire valve stem on my rubber intake manifold hose so I could pressure test intake hoses and clamps in search of solving a P1171 OBD code. Found a good air leak on the air intake hose at the base where part # 9445831 inserts into the turbo unit. Managed to stretch and pack an o-ring around the base under the existing rubber gasket stopping the leak versus buying a new #9445351 air intake hose unit with sensor for another $100.

Setting up the turbo properly to factory specs is a priority before I think of modifying settings. I just want the "check engine" light to stay off for a while and get some good performance !!!!
