alarm system on 99 S80

Hello everybody, I wish to tell everyone about my S80s alarm system woes....I went to unlock car with key and could not unlock it to get in! This is the first time this situation occurred and to top it off, I cannot lock the car... if I push the door lock inside it will go down but only lock the driver door,can anyone help me with this crazy problem? Thank You
