srs light

After replacing my a/c motor blower switch my srs light stays on.I have read where you have to take the car to the dealer to turn off however I thought I read a article where you can reset the code..Cannot locate the article of course...any help would be appreciated.

What year ??? 93-95 850 you can manually read/reset SRS fault codes. 96-Newer All VOLVOs require Volvo scanner.
