Cylinder head Swap

Hi everyone, I have a 1994 940 2.3 turbo sohc engine in need of a cylinder head. I have a donor car which is an 89 760 2.3 turbo sohc engine, will the heads interchange? I have checked Moores cylinder head company and the part numbers are the same, but I would like your input on this.

They are interchangeable.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to let you know the cylinder head swap went well. Other than the timing being off a tooth, things turned out o.k. I have since put 45,000 miles on the wagon and my and I family have relocated to Texas by way of Nebraska due to transfers with the company I work for.
