I will be posting some photos of the job as I get through it.

You've probably already done this, but i have been searching around and there isn't much information on it which is surprising as its a major fail item on the Turbo/T5/T5R/R. I had a bad oil leak on my 850R, i got the car on ramps and the underside was in a right state, oil everywhere! Took a while to clean up, once i had that done i could see the oil return pipe that was actually dripping oil every 5 seconds, not good!
So i got a O ring and gasket from partsforvolvos.com which were very cheap!
From underneath the car at the back of the engine you can see the pipe about mid way up the engine block, you can undo the two hex bolts (torx 25 i think) at the turbo end of the pipe it will then be loose. I had to use brute force to get mine off past the 2 other pipes that are in that area. Once i got it off i gave it a good clean, replaced the O ring on the engine end of the pipe, put it back in and lined it up for the gasket to go on while under the car. All in all a really easy job to do!
