Hello,
I changed the oil for my XC90 and have driven only 2000Km on it so far. Now I got this "Time for Regular Servcie" message. It looks that the mechanic did not reset this reminder when the oil was changed (I did not do the oil change at the dealer). Coud someone please point me to the procedure for clearing this message, if exists, without having to use an OBD reader.
BTW, my SUV has 180000 Km, so is there a required service at this mileage? (I changed the timing belt already).

I believe you have to with ignition off, push in the tripometer button in your gauge cluster, while holding it down turn your ignition on right before you turn it over, after a couple of seconds the yellow triangle or service light will start to blink, let go of the button with in four seconds and then press it again. that should be it.
My Warranty and Service Records Information book for my '03 shows a service at 180,000km. The way I have been clearing my "regular service" message is:
Close door, key to I, push trip reset and hold, key to II, when milage reappears your done.
