kind of...the valve is right underneath the mass air meter, but the the vaccuum line is connected fromthe valve to intake hose right behind the mass air meter. now i have to deal with code p0410. smog pump #2 within a year because I ignored the air pump check valve...

and p0442 is back. this is becoming irritating. anything else i can check?

quick list of what i've replaced so far:
Purge valve
both hoses in the back near the charcoal can (J shape and L shape)
vaccuum line that was cracked in HALF
smog pump and check valve (unrelated)

gas cap gasket doesnt seem dry and brittle?

where else should i look to get rid of this code? it's driving me nuts

I have a 97 LPT with the same codes popping up frequently..
any word on the p0243 fix ?
that same small leak is also making things very stressful for me as i cannot drive the car legally anymore because the 30day bill of sale limit for the car is up i cannot pass emissons, i cannot even get enough miles for the car to retest at emissions even if it would pass but eventually p0442, p0243, or p0455 will show up !!!
I am about to get a fake emissions that is my only option left..
86' 240 GL *Yellow* 350k+ Miles and still goin!
97' 850GLT *Burgundy* 155k+

yes, it was a vacuum leak. find your MAF, then look directly under it on the airbox. there should be a valve there with 2 vaccuum lines connected to it. my line that went from the bottom of the air intake tube to the valve was cracked in half.

the other line went to the wastegate it looked like
