Question: The wife told me here A/C was cutting in and out. After lookign at it I found it was actually the blower motor speeding up and down - on and off. I was leaning to it being the resitor problem until, I removed the lower kick panal and found that if I grab the 2 prong plug on the blower motor I could get the blower to cahnge speeds and cut on and off.
I tried electrical cleaner on the plug on the blower motor. Did not do any good. Since I can wiggle the plug up and down, right and left and get the blower to change speed - I am leaning toward the blower being/going bad.
ANyone have any thoughts on this?

It may just be a bad connection from the connector itself - you could either splice the wires into it directly, or find another wiring harness for it.
