Left Front Noise From Tire, Bearing Or?

Going around right or left on or off ramps makes no difference in the sound .Two Volvo dealers say its a puzzle.even installed a new rim and tire from a new demo they all make the same sound,They say it is not a bearing or CV joint,this is really starting to p#%s me off. :

Does the noise change with braking or acceleration at all?

Breaking makes no change ,replaced all rotors and pads recently,when the noise started I thought it was a damaged tire, changed LR to LF same sound,you would think Volvo Dealers could find the reason but?????????
Some Dealers want $$$$ to have a mechanic road test and analyze the problem, they will remove the charge from the repair..
Have gone through this same end result Woopy S++t

Bad wheel bearing
Bad left axle
or both
