98 V70 AWD Questions Block Heater & Psgr side heat

Good Day:

My new to me V70 AWD has a couple of small issues that I am trying to fix.

The drivers side heat works fine and the passenger side has no heat. The fan works okay. The Ac off light and the recirc light both flash after I start the car.

Is there a block heater made for this car? I cannot find one anywhere (have not tried the dealer yet )

Sounds like a flapper door motor issue.
