01 s80 t6 not starting (but turns over)?

Everything on the Volvo S80. Sometimes called an "executive car", the S80 was Volvo's top-of-the-line passenger car. P2 platform.

i was driving to the store sunday when my vovlo just shut down on me, i got the car back to the house and thought it could be the fuel filter (not the prob), all the lights come on like normal everything works but it wont start,ive checked...fuses( my coil fuse blew, changed it out and the same thing happends turns over but wont start),changed sparkplugs, checked coils ( gets no spark on any of the coils, which is kinda odd i dont think they would all go out at the same time, so i know its not getting spark). ive tryed reseting the service light, unlocking and locking doors, the immobilizer light is on ( reset it but comes back on after a while), but if that was the case wouldnt the car not turn over?could it be main fuse somewhere im not seeing? could it be the harness? ....im confused??? your help would be appreciated :) im up for anything EXCEPT bringing it to the dealer...

take it to the dealer. sounds like a cem problem?
