C70 Owner Input

Hi,
After many years of ownership of a 98 S70 GLT, I am just about to purchase a new 2011 C70 Convertible. Wanted to have some honest input from folks that currently own these and what may be some pro's con's of maint/service, electronics maint etc and when folks started to see the major repairs start to be required?
My S70 started to need some major items around 10 years was wondering if that is also to be expected with the T5 engine etc.
