Dash lights dim with turn signal

With the engine running or off, my dash lights dim as the turn signal flashes. Strangely, it doesn't with the hazzard lights. Charging system and battery are fine. Thoughts?

BTW, I can't find the interior fuse box to check the darn turn-signal relay.

I have almost the same problem. When I turn on my turn signals sometimes they don't turn on. So I am making turns without signalling...That's a big ticket.

My dealer is grasping at straws. Thinks it might be the turn-signal relay, but the same thing happes when I shift to Park. The exterior lights drain the dash somehow, but it makes no sense as this is DC.

The passenger compartment fuse box is located behind the left end of the dash.
