new spark plugs should i use seafoam + results

well i been looking into using sea foam on my 94 Volvo 850 turbo but i just installed new spark plugs yesterday and i was reading that it messes up the spark plugs. i wanted to no if it will make them bad or if they will be fine or should i take them out and clean them after i suck some through the vacuum line? any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I don't think running Seafoam will foul spark plugs. (And it says it won't) Even if they do, some high-temp freeway runs will clear them up given that everything else is doing well mechanically in the combustion chamber.

any one else have any input? there was this one guy who said after he used sea foam his spark plugs were all black and stuff. any more input would be great, just looking for a few more opinions, would be very appreciated thanks

I have used Seafoam on all of my cars except the newest addition S70 and no problems have occurred except to the mosquito population from the smoke cloud.

I don't know it it really helped things at the end of the day but it didn't hurt anything in my case. JRL has had terrific results with the stuff on compression readings as I recall.

When applied correctly it can be beneficial. I have not had problems with the plugs either. You may just want to add it to a tank of gas.

I ran like 10,000 more miles over the course of a few months on my spark plugs before changing them; they didn't look any worse for the wear. One was misfiring slightly, but it was just because they were the cheapo copper plugs and I had 30,000 miles on them.

Once my car finished blowing out clouds of smoke, it felt like it had a lot more spring in its step from a dead stop - something it was seriously lacking before that. (I installed a new turbo control valve and vacuum lines at the same time; so it was probably a combination of all of them)

Alright! Seafoam, What the heck is this stuff, never heard of it, until MVSCC, never used it, like to try it.
Do they sell it at the local chains, Auto Zone, Advanced Auto, etc?
What vacum like is it that you suck the seafoam in with and where is it located? (pic)
How often do you put it in? Once a year? every 10,000 miles?
Is it worth the effort and the $'s?
Do you add it just in the vacum line or other places as well?
Is that a brand name or are there others that claim to do the same thing?

Sorry for all the questions just not familiar with this stuff, but from reading some posts it sounds like it may be worth the try.

You can get it at Advance, Autozone, O'reillys, etc.

It's basically an engine cleaner - but one that actually works, unlike all the additive crap out there. 1/3 gets sucked into a vacuum line (I used a small diameter one right off the vacuum tree), 1/3 goes in the oil, and 1/3 in the gas tank. That way, it basically cleans up all parts of the engine.

You'll want to change your oil within 200 miles of adding it - normally my oil is a dark brown after 5,000 mile intervals, but after adding this and it cleaning out everything, that oil was black as night.

OK well i got a 16 oz bottle of sea foam and i split it into 3 parts, sucked 1 part through the vacuum hose on the vacuum tree, 1 half part in the crank case, and 1 and a half part into the gas tank, I sucked it through and shut off the engine for like 15 mins, this is when i added the other parts to the gas tank and the crank case and i started her up. and it smoked for about 10 sec. and thats it.i was surprised it didn't smoke more because everyone said it would smoke a lot. does this mean that, the intake manifold and the PVC was clean? I'm gonna change my oil within 2 days. so any feed back why it didn't smoke a lot like everyone said it would. would be greatly appreciated.
