i can only think of one person that made 300 on a 16t. that has to be the max.
18t/ 19t or the kkk24 will get you there easier.
only thing i'm going to say about the IPD stage 3 is get the aqua mist also.

what is this about boot spikes ? the 18t and 19t seem to be having this problem and can bend rods.. this snt one bit appealing .. can you she light on what to do to avoid this and what causes it ?

bugs as far as bending rods that usually happens when you get high boost, bigger turbo, at low rpm's. A bigger turbo flows just as much air at lower boost than a smaller turbo with higher boost. understand ? Basically a bigger turbo you need to turn the boost down but you will be getting more flow.

This is becoming a bit silly, question after question.
CALL IPD
TALK with them about their stage 3.
They know what to do, they also know the pifalls (a couple of blown engines along the way)
Talk with Lucky or Scott
If you want to get a true 300 hp with reliability, you're going to need to completely build your motor with stronger rods and pistons
There's also a guy on Swedespeed who built a powerful stage 3 engine.
His first one blew, the second one seems to an all mighty, powerful, reliable engine
(He drives it every day), he's not a kid and went through all of this very methodically)
His screen name is Rsterns
Go to SS, do a search for posts started by him.
You will see the entire build, this was from about 7 months ago

i wouldn't dare try to wiggle up to 300whp by using only a MBC on a DD.
you need a tune, inj. etc.
like Jim said. it takes money, time and understanding.

You do NOT use an MBC on a built engine unless everything is built around it PROPERLYbugsbunnies95_850t wrote:hink i get it .. so basically as longas idont set my mbc at a really high pressure and work my way up to where i want to be i should be ok ?

So I have a question. If I wanted to upgrade my turbo from the 15g to a 19t I would need to install some type of boost controller or should it be able to work off of the ECUs controller
