I just got the phone with the no service of FCP. I placed an order on the 25th of January and my money was taken out of the account on the 26th. They still haven't shipped, claiming there was a hold on the card even though I have bank records stating the money was removed. The manager said they did all they could to contact me by the means I gave them. My Iphone which is on twenty four hours a day has no missed calls and my email only has the envoice from where they billed me. I was offered nothing execpt "there is nothing I can do" , no quick ship, no we'll ship it today, no nothing. I'm just now starting to fix up my volvo, and FCP will not be a part of that.

I just placed the same order with them. My parts will be here in 3 days, and the price was almost the same. FCP will not get a dime from me.

Strange, I've never had anything but great service and experiences with them. There is an FCP representative on this forum, you might want to get in contact with him to resolve these issues.

My experiences with FCP have all been good. With 3 cars to maintain price is very important to me. I search every on line vendor I know of before ordering anything. On only a couple of occasions have I gone elsewhere for parts. FCP's prices almost always are lower, and with the MVSCC coupon code another 10 % off everything. Fortunatly for me, I've only had to call once, but that was just to cancel an order I had placed only a couple hours before.

This was my first time dealing with them. I did everything that was required of me only to have them take my money and not ship the parts. I was given the feeling that if I had not called today I would not have ever seen the parts or my payment. I'm actually still waiting on a refund. I'm hoping not to have to press the issue. I went with them because of what I've seen here. I don't know why my purchase with them has been different, but it has been. They have my phone number and email, the only reason I will contact them is if I don't get my refund.

It has been over 24 hours since I spoke with FCP last and still no refund. No contact at all for that matter. Being a small business owner myself it saddens me to see one ran in this way.

Refund was posted yesterday, at least thats done. There was still no atempt to contact me at all. I'm glad it's done with, but will never deal with FCP again.

Did you give them any crap?
I've put a couple grand into FCP over the last two years, and never had trouble. The two occasions when something wasn't right, they jumped right on it. Knock on wood, I hope they don't start screwing up now.
This has been getting reported on and off for awhile now, long enough not to dismiss it as fluke. I wonder if they've got just one or two knuckleheads working there?
FCP, please treat these folks like you've been treating me.
Edit: I'll be putting another order in tomorrow, and trying to impress a new indy shop with how good you are.
Don't blow it.

I can't believe this has happened. Who have you been speaking to at FCP for the past 6 months? There is no reason it should not have taken more then a couple days to get a refund to you.
