99 s70 will not start

Any help would be grateful , recently replace front header panel and every thing else associated with the front end due to an untimely meeting with a doe Car will not start, turn the ignition on an something seems to be running under hood toward passenger side can't make it out ? Not sure if something has to be reset or what ? Help!!!!!!!!!!! Car has been sitting for some time, gas which was low at time of accident was totally evaporated , is there a process to prime injectors or fuel rail {novice at this}
