you can easily replace the light in the sunroof switch you can get the light from the dealer and pull the switch out the light goes rt. in. the radio on the other hand is a different story i dont think you can replace the lights i only have three working the only fix is a new radio they dont sell replacement lights.

I have heard of people replacing the bulbs in the radio, but I'm told that it requires somewhat complex disassembly of the unit.

I replaced the lights in my radio. I have the sc810 in a 93 850. I removed the radio (after making sure I had the code), removed the front face plate and the circuit board in behind. The lights on mine were soldered to this curcuit board. I un-soldered the existing lights and re-soldered new ones purchased at Radio Shack/The Source. Although the new lights are dimmer than the old ones, at least they work. If you're not good with the solder, take the board and new lights to any electronics repair shop and they should be able to do it for you. There is a link on the Volvospeed site that gets you part way through this procedure. The lights on that example were the push and turn style, not the soldered style. Otherwise, the radios are a dime-a-dozen on eBay. Maybe buy a new one..... Hope this helps.
