Call them up!
Tell them what you plan to do or want to do and ask for available options.

I have done my head gasket though FCP and almost 12,000 miles or 20,000 km later I have had no issues.

I believe that Elring is the OEM supplier and that kit i purchased had everything i needed to rebuild the top end and was cheaper than purchasing separately including cam seals, valve top seals, exhaust man. + intake man. on and on.

I also replaced the hold down bolts.

While your at it you might as well replace the thermostat, timing belt, pcv and clean out your EGR if so equipped.

I noticed there seams to be two different head/cam tool sets as well.
Does any one know if I have to buy the all black one or if the cheaper black and red one will work ?

Yeah I noticed on ebay there is a cheap one and a beefy one. I was afraid the cheap one wouldn't work on my wifes 2000 v70. It has the adjustable cam timing and coil on plug
