NYC potholes just claimed one of my wheels.
Any suggestions on where to purchase new/used wheel (Arrakis 17/7) for 2001 volvo s80 online (or in NYC area)
thanks

most local tire stores can order you one. If not a local body shop can order you one. They use companies like www.transwheel.com or www.Keystone.com. When running the insurance company departments we would pay 128.75 if there was a usable core and $180 if there wasn't . Chrome and specialty wheels are more. Transwheel can turn around a high quality repair in 48-72 hours.
Many places now have al ocal wheel repair shop as well. Around here we have 1 guy who is a perfectionist and 3 or 4 who are far from professional. Oddly enough they charge the same. Make sure you see some prior work before you go local. Most places do a grind and repaint. I stay away from them. If he can weld a new rim on and make it look right then you are in the right place.
I personally prefer transwheel.

Are you sure it can't be repaired. Had this done or two of the rims on my wife's 97 850 T5. Cost about CAB$125.00 per wheel. There are specialty shops that do this work.
