unplug the air mass sensor (depress the wire clip and disconnect the electrical connector) with it disconnected see if your car will start. If it does then turn off reconnect and see if it will start if runs disconnected (limp home mode) but not connected you have a bad air mass sensor. These are incredibly expendive new but you can buy aused one for about 25$ www.car-part.com
that is one thing it could be
Another common problem is the electrical part of the ignition switch goes bad. You go under the dash unplug, two screws and it is out in your hand.
You can get these for $38 new at www.fpcgroton.com If your dash warning lights come on your switch is probably good.
You said you have spark and gas (check and make certain)so I won't go into the other things that cause that, or maybe I will anyway:
Hall effect sensor in the distributor (volvo calls it an impulse sensor) usually when these go bad they fail when the car gets hot or it runs real bad. but they can just fail. There is a small plastic electrical connector on the side of the distributor that get brittle with age and can short out causing no start. If you have spark you do not have either of these problems.
You already replaced the ignition module on the drivers fender.
Your fuel pumps are running so your fuel pump relay is working
There is a relay called the "radio supression relay " usually located on the white plastic coolant bottle that supplies power to your injectors. If your spark plugs have gas on them this is not your problem.
Check that accordian looking hose that runs from the throttle body to the air mass sensor for holes. They rub on the fender and go bad, groton It would have to be an awfully big hole for it not to start.
good luck and let us know what you find!
