Climate control problem

Hi,
The climate control unit on my S40 is behaving oddly. With both passenger and drivers sides set to the same temperature the passenger side is almost always blowing cold. It does eventually come to life but only after much messing around with fan speeds, temperature adjustments etc. Any help would be gratefully accepted.

this can be a software issue in the ccm or a problem in the lin buss circut i would reccomend you take the car to the dealer for this problem this is not a repair that is easy to diag i have found that the drivers seat htr module is a common fault but not always leave this repair to the professionals
