Please refrain from posting in ALL CAPS. It's very hard to read and makes it look like you're shouting.

Is there any way you can take a video? You can upload it to Youtube or email it to me and then we can post it here. That would help us track down the noise better.

From your description, it sounds like it could be either something in the belt area, a ticking valve (this can happen for a few reasons), or something in the lower end of the engine.

It probably is not knock from pre-detonation. It could be a broken piston ring or sticking valve. Hard to know without some testing and video.

If I was to replace the head would this fix the problem ? I also heard it could be the o ring broken and air getting into the oil lowering the pressure but we will Know more when I post a video when this snow stops up north thanks for the input

That sounds at first like a gas leak from the manifold, but there is a harder metallic sound which sounds like a rod. It could be the bearing or shell but it sounds like something bad.

Just in case have a look at the timing belt and see if something is slapping. Small hope.

A rod is not hard to replace on these cars but the crank maybe a little damaged as well. Somebody maybe able to give you better advice here than me.
