How to remove 3rd seat?

Hi,
I have a 1997 V90 wagon and never have used the aux 3rd seat. I'd rather have the storage space. How do I take it out?

There are 4 bolts, two on each side of the storage compartment that connect to the locking hinge brackets (black brackets) under the arm rests, remove these 4 bolts.

Now the "hard" part. where the seat folds you will see a pin going through a tab with a hole in it. The pin is fairly large, about 3/8" in diameter. This pin is spring loaded, take a large screwdriver and push the pin in (HARD) straight in towards the center of the car. When the end of the pin has cleared the bracket hole pull the seat forward and out it will pop.
