S70 AWD?

My '98 S70 T5 was rear ended and totaled yesterday and now I'm looking for another. In my quest I'm finding listings for S70s with AWD but the adds don't say that they are R's. Did Volvo make non-R AWD S70's?

There was never an "S70R" sold in the US. The T5 FWD is the top of the model line for the S70.

The AWD models are the 2.4T engine (low-pressure turbo, 190 hp) used in the GLT/XC models. They were made in 1999 and 2000.

They made the 190 horsepower low pressure turbo S70 AWD but they were low number sales so they would be hard to find.

For some reason, all of them that I've ever seen have been white.

Same here. Volvo and others often have a "focus" color for intro of a vehicle and they build bunches of that color. I wonder if white was that color for that car?

There's a silver one here in Fairbanks.
Looks very nice - at least from a distance.
